- Services Provided Syd ITsolutions offers IT consulting, support, management, and solutions for businesses and individuals. Our services are designed to improve and support your technology infrastructure and operations.
- Customer Responsibilities The Customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information and access necessary for Syd ITsolutions to deliver our services. The Customer acknowledges that their cooperation is vital to the success of the Services, and agrees to ensure that their equipment, networks, software, and hardware are in proper working condition.
- Customer Negligence Syd ITsolutions will not be held responsible for any issues, damages, data loss, or failures caused directly or indirectly by Customer negligence. This includes, but is not limited to, failure to maintain systems, improper use of software or hardware, unauthorized changes to configurations, or failure to follow best practices as recommended by Syd ITsolutions.
- Limitation of Liability Syd ITsolutions shall not be liable for any damages, loss of data, business interruption, or any other consequences arising from Customer negligence, including failure to follow advice, instructions, or security measures provided by Syd ITsolutions. Any claims related to such negligence will be the sole responsibility of the Customer.
- Service Availability and Interruptions While Syd ITsolutions strives to provide continuous and reliable services, we are not liable for interruptions, delays, or disruptions caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to third-party service failures, internet outages, or external cyber threats.
- Payment and Fees The Customer agrees to pay for all services provided by Syd ITsolutions as per the agreed terms. Late payments may result in service suspension until outstanding amounts are paid in full.
- Confidentiality Syd ITsolutions commits to maintaining the confidentiality of the Customer’s data and information. We will not disclose any confidential information without prior consent, except as required by law or as necessary for service delivery.
- Termination Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If termination is due to Customer negligence or breach of these Terms, the Customer will be responsible for any outstanding fees or charges incurred.
- Amendments Syd ITsolutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes through appropriate communication channels.
- Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
